Inspection Process
Each batch of engineered wood flooring undergoes a strict inspection process before shipment. Our quality control team carefully checks color consistency against approved samples, measures dimensions to ensure accuracy, and tests moisture content to maintain product stability. Surface gloss is inspected using professional gloss meters to ensure a uniform finish. In addition, boards are checked for lippage (height differences between planks), surface defects, and overall appearance. Only products that meet our quality standards are approved for packaging and shipment.
